Description: Six composers, 32 works and dozens of individual soloists on this first CD release of two double-LP sets of music recently (as of 1968 anyway) unearthed from archives by composers associated with a town called Citoliby, about 60 km from Prague. Early Classical and full Classical periods are represented. Everything here but the organ fugues and the wind quintet, use full orchestra and the religious pieces usually require SATB soloists in addition to chorus and orchestra.
