Description: Except for Via crucis and Die Seligkeiten, these are all world premiere recordings of late religious works (all but Crux!, which is from 1865, date from 1878-83). On the short side, made for performance (if some of them may not actually have been performed), they remind us that the middle-aged and elderly Liszt took his late life religious "conversion" seriously and that there are a lot more works of this type where these came from. Latin/ German-English texts. Various brass instrumentalists and vocal soloists, Debrecen Kodály Chorus; Zoltán Pad.
