Description: Not only do they record, but this Polish label also liberates reperoire gems from the archives of Polish Radio: this 1984 recording of the piano concerto (1918) brings us a full-blooded, heaven-storming Romantic Concerto in the good old fashion while the early Ballade of 1904 shows the young Rózycki trying on various styles from Liszt and Tchaikovsky to Paderewski. Next up is Rózycki's violin concerto, hopefully in a month or two.
