Description: Nothing avant-garde here, viola fanciers, except, possibly, Smolka's seven-minute take-off from the last decipherable sketch left by Smetana. Klusák is tonal while the Vycpálek (1929) and Borkovec (1931) sonatas come from the neo-Classical and Hindemithian currents of the times when they were composed. Jitka Hosprová (viola).
