Description: A specialty of German labels and German hornists (this group, with varying membership, has been performing since 1951): romantic music for four horns usually recorded, as here, on modern instruments, by mostly unheard-of men who toiled in obscurity and whose memory is accidentally preserved due to one or two pieces written for the right group of instruments.
