Description: All four of these concertos by the most famous flutist of the 18th century are World Premiere Recordings, one concerto only recently having been returned to Germany from St. Petersburg, another completed after Quantz' death by his patron Frederick the Great and another containing fully written-out cadenzas - a valuable link to performance practice of the time.
