IGNAZ PLEYEL (1757-1831): Clarinet Concertos in B Flat Nos. 1 and 2, Sinfonia concertante in B Flat for 2 Clarinets and Orchestra.

Description: Three works in Pleyel's Mozart-Haydn style one of which (No. 1 here) has been recorded also as a C major cello or flute concerto but which is played on a B flat clarinet here. The Sinfonia concertante is probably an arrangement of older material but, since those older works were not published and apparently have not survived, it's as good as new to us.
