Description: One of two operas performed only in Prague (in 1730), this was long believed lost until, in 2006, the conductor here found half of the work's arias in the private archive of the Thurn und Taxis family in Regensburg (the libretto had survived). He completed the score using other arias from operas of the same period, leading to this live recording of the 2008 world premiere. 2 CDs. Italian libretto.
