Description: The draw here is that these are the actual world premiere performances of all three compositions. McCabe's concerto is a single-movement work in nine sections, a sort of passacaglia on a theme heard during the introduction; a lighter central trio of sections is surrounded by outer sections of darker, urgent and more romantic mood while the Windows are a half-hour, 12-segment work inspired by the stained glass windows the famous artist created for a Jerusalem hospital.
